Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping

1.1 Shipping Destination

BodyPark currently ships to most countries and regions supported by our logistics partners. Shipping availability may vary based on local regulations and carrier coverage.

1.2 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Other supported destinations: 7–20 business days

1.4 Taxes and Duties

Where indicated at checkout, applicable taxes and duties are included in the purchase price.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

1.6 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support.

If an order has not yet been shipped, BodyPark will generally provide a full refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving the cancellation notice.

BodyPark reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction costs, or third-party expenses actually incurred as a result of the order and cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Once an order has been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and will be subject to the Returns Policy described below.

1.7 Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for ensuring they are able to receive or collect their Products.

If a Product is returned to our designated logistics facility as undeliverable, we will notify you at the email address provided and will retain the Product in accordance with the redelivery policy applicable to your region. Within the retention period, you may request redelivery at your own cost (such as additional shipping, customs, storage, handling, or related fees).

If no redelivery instructions are received within the applicable retention period, the Product may be destroyed, abandoned, or otherwise disposed of without compensation. For details on the redelivery policy, please refer to the appendix to this policy.


2. Returns

2.1 30-Day Return Window

To be eligible for a full refund, the Product must be returned in reasonably good condition with all original accessories, packaging materials, manuals, and included components, within 30 days of purchase (For pre‑order items, the 30‑day return window begins on the shipping date, not the order date).
Non‑quality‑related refund requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

BodyPark reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund if the returned Product is damaged, incomplete, altered, or shows excessive wear beyond normal evaluation and testing. If a reduction is applied, you will be informed of the reason and the amount deducted.

2.2 Return Authorization

Before returning any Product, you must contact our support team and obtain return authorization instructions.

2.3 Return Address

Customers must use the return address provided by BodyPark as part of the return authorization process.

Products returned without authorization, sent to the original shipping address, or shipped to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, accidental purchase, or ordering the wrong item (collectively "non‑quality‑related return"), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges associated with returning the product.

BodyPark reserves the right to deduct the value of any missing accessories, damaged packaging, excessive wear, or non‑returnable digital services from the refund amount. If a reduction is applied, you will be informed of the reason and the amount deducted.

2.5 Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed after the returned Product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the returned Product has been received and inspected. If inspection causes a delay beyond 14 days, we will notify you and explain the reason.

2.6 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide supporting photos or videos.

After verification, BodyPark will offer you the following options (subject to applicable consumer law):
(a) replace the defective product or component,
(b) repair the product where applicable, or
(c) provide a refund only where required by applicable law or where repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
BodyPark will bear all reasonable return shipping costs for such claims.

2.7 Memberships and Digital Services

Digital memberships, subscription services, AI services, software features, and digital content are generally non‑refundable once activated, redeemed, or used, only if you have given your express consent to start performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

If your purchase includes both hardware and digital services, BodyPark will deduct the proportionate retail value of any activated, redeemed, or used membership, subscription, or digital service from your refund, as shown on the checkout page.

2.8 Purchases Through Third‑Party Sellers

Products purchased through distributors, retailers, marketplaces, crowdfunding platforms, or other third‑party sales channels are subject to the return, refund, and exchange policies of the original seller.

BodyPark's Shipping and Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through BodyPark's official website, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Appendix: Redelivery Policy

  1. Malta / Croatia / Romania / Bulgaria / Cyprus / Chile / Slovenia:
    We do not offer overseas return and redelivery services. Products that fail to be delivered due to address issues, the recipient not being home, or other reasons will be considered abandoned by default, and no compensation will be provided.

  2. For countries other than those listed in clause 1, redelivery services may be provided according to the following standards:

    If the Product is returned to an overseas warehouse, it can be redelivered to the country of the original Product delivery address.

    a) Canada: the retention period is 20 calendar days.
    b) Turkey: the retention period is 7 calendar days.
    c) Mexico: the retention period is 15 calendar days.
    d) Switzerland and France: the redelivery service is available for certain weight ranges, subject to the notification number.
    e) Norway: the retention period is 14 calendar days.
    f) Australia: the retention period is 14 calendar days.
    g) Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates: the retention period is 15 calendar days.
    h) Japan: the retention period is 10 calendar days.
    i) Other countries: the retention period is 14 calendar days.

    If the consumer does not issue a notice of redelivery within the aforementioned retention period, the Product will be destroyed by default.
