[ATOM + APP] 1. Training Modes ATOM will support three workout modes:

  • AI Mode — real-time rep counting, real-time form feedback, and AI coaching
  • Record Mode — record workout videos for later review
  • Log Mode — manually log sets, reps, and weight without AI tracking.

2. NeckUp Pomodoro (Preview) We’re also testing a new NeckUp feature designed to help you maintain better posture during focus sessions. While you work, ATOM can monitor your head and shoulder posture and gently remind you when you start to slouch.

  • Tracks head and shoulder posture in real time
  • Provides light, friendly reminders when your posture starts to slip
  • Encourages you to look up and reset your posture
  • Designed to stay subtle and non-intrusive during focus sessions.

3. Training Experience Improvements

  • Workouts now open directly to the Follow-Along page

  • Better rep counting feedback, including half-rep audio cues
